Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your bookings online by sending us the Preveenair booking number and Mobile number. After receiving your details and verification, your booking will get cancelled. For all offline cancellations contact Preveenair directly.
"Cancellation not applicable".
Cancellation is not applicable for the Special Fare offered by Preveenair Travels.
Cancellation Charges
For all cancellations, cancellation charges will apply as per policy by the airline’s. We will deduct some retention charges. In case if you booked using credit card, a processing fee will be deducted. Credit card transaction tax is according to Indian government rule and we are not liable for any dispute. You have to cancel your trip within a specific time period otherwise; a certain amount will be deducted from your advance.
Refund Policy
After cancelling your booking, you will need to send email to us with PNR . On receiving the ticket, the refund shall be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receipt.
If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
Steps and methods of cancelling ticket All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone followed by a written confirmation via email. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as ‘cancelation request’. Cancellations for the independent/individual tour services should be made with a notice of not less than 7-15 days (according to situation). The cancellation in case of group booking should be made at least 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the trip. |
